Event 1B: 4 Rounds For Time

12x Deadlifts
9x Power Cleans
6x Shoulder-to-Overhead
(12min Cap)

Both partners will work simultaneously. When Event 1B is complete both partners may work together on 1A

Partners will be allowed to switch at anytime during the event

Event 1B: With remaining time AMRAP

Females will perform the deadlifts

Males will perform the Power Cleans & Shoulder-to-Overhead

One 45lb bar will be shared between both partners

Event 2A: For Time

45x Total Single Arm DB Thrusters while other partner holds DB overhead
(15/12) Calorie Bike / (15/12) Calorie Row
35x Total Single Arm DB Thrusters while other partner holds DB overhead

Bike & Rower are being worked on simultaneously

You may only move onto the thrusters when both athletes meet the required amount of calories on the Bike & Rower

Thrusters may be divided up however your team would like.

Partners must alternate Bike & Rower every round

Event 2B: For Total Calories

With the remaining time both athletes will reset the Bike & Rower and will work simultaneously to accumulate as many calories as possible on them

Event 3 Male/Male, Female/Female & Co-Ed Teams

“Hangin’ Tough”

With a time 10 Minute running Clock

Event 3A: For Time (5min Cap)

Each team will have  a required amount of pull-ups and toes-to-bar to complete

As one athlete performs the Pull-ups and Toes-to-Bar, the other athlete must be in the hanging position on the pull-up rig.

Athletes can switch in at any time

If your team completes the required amount of reps on the pull-up rig before the time cap is reached you may move immediately onto Event 3B

Event 3B: For Total Reps

With the remaining time, one athlete will perform the following

5x Right Arm KB Snatches
5x Left Arm KB Snatches
10x Goblet Squats

In addition, while one athlete is performing the KB Snatches & Goblet Squats, the other athlete is in a farmers carry hold.

You can switch partners but it will only be allowed every 20 reps.

Athletes work together to perform an AMRAP of:

5x Tire flips
11x Box step-overs (24/20)

-30 second rest at the 3:00 minute marker-

Minute 3:30-6:30

Athlete 1: Establish a (XX) Rep Max Back Squat

Athlete 2: AMRAP of Burpee sandbag over wall

-30 second rest at the 6:30 minute marker-

Minute 7:00-10:00

Athlete 1: AMRAP of Burpee sandbag over wall

Athlete 2: Establish a (XX) Rep Max Back Squat
